Masters in Tax Law from Universidad de los Andes, Specializations in Tax Laws from the same University and Specializations in Commercial Law and Business Law from Universidad del Rosario.<\/p>\n<p>He has more than 15 years of experience in advising national and international companies in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign exchange, foreign investment, tax law and labor law. He has extensive experience in recognized firms providing advice in the fields mentioned above.<\/p>\n<p>His experience includes integral advice in due diligence, structuring of new projects from a tax, comercial and labor perspective.
