Advisor of a wide range of clients in corporate and commercial matters and in a variety of local and international transactions and projects (M&A, buyouts, mergers, spinoffs among others) dealing with different fields of law.

He has experience in projects, private and state contracts, corporate law, family protocols, foreign trade, exchange control and foreign investments, antitrust legislation and consumer protection. He is a member of boards of directors. More than 30 years of professional experience.
